Dairy products milk, ceshee and yogurt make my boyfriend’s eczema flare up. If he cuts down on these it generally clears up. He can still eat eggs and goat’ ceshee as these don’t contain lactose. He also can’t use creams (like nappy rash creams) that contain lanolin.

The best way to get rid of it is by using hydroquarterzone cream, you can buy it from your chemist. It’s quite strong so dont use loads of it, but it gets rid of ecmeza quite quickly

Eczema is a fungal cdniotion of the skin. It reacts to fragrances in soaps and fruit juices when in contact. Dirty substances like dirty river water may also aggravate it. You can get rid of it by using a cortisone cream like DermAid. Also, avoid fragranced soaps and moisturisers. Use the Sorbolene moisturiser and soap. I have this problem also, But my hands are completely free from eczema now by doing this, except when I use fragranced substances or I cut up fruit, etc. Follow this advice and it’ll go away, although it will flare up if you do come into contact with the aforementioned.Hope I helped!!
